[1] Tax free intracommunity delivery

If you are buying as a company, we will send the goods on request as a tax free intra community delivery. To do this, create a user account as part of your order and inform us separately (e.g. via contact form) of your VAT ID.

[2] Shipment to countries outside the EU's consumption tax area

All prices in the shop are inclusive of the German value added tax of currently 19 percent (or 7 percent reduced tax rate). After you have selected your country as the shipping address, your items will be calculated without taxes in the shopping cart and at checkout. Any foreign bank charges incurred with the payment are to be paid by you. Please note that when importing goods into the destination country, additional taxes and customs duties may incur, which must be paid by you. In case of a return, these will not be refunded. The necessary customs documents will be enclosed with the shipment.

[3] Shipping of samples

For easy testing we send you teas free of shipping costs. You can choose teas of your choice in a package size of 20g. Please pay attention to the following when ordering the teas as a sample shipment:

- Place a minimum of 4 packs in the shopping cart.
- Choose exclusively pack sizes with 20g of tea each.

Deviating from this, the shipping costs from our table apply (see above).
