This gift certificate is a multi-purpose voucher and can be redeemed for any item in our online store. The gift card consists of a gift card and a semi-transparent envelope. Shipping for the gift card is free, provided no shipping costs are incurred for other items.
Customize the content: Set the gift card value and enter the text you want to appear on the gift card in the “From” and “To” fields.
Redemption:
The gift card can only be redeemed in our online shop at www.gruentee-direkt.de and can be used for all available products, unless otherwise stated.
Validity:
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the end of the year in which it was purchased.
Shipping:
The gift card will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. The gift card code is also included in the shipping confirmation and can be used immediately. If your order contains additional items, the gift card will be included in the package. Otherwise, the gift card will be dispatched by post.
Partial Redemption:
Redemption across multiple orders is possible. Any remaining balance will be retained and can be used at a later date.
Combination:
This voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers or discount promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.
Redemption:
Cash redemption of the voucher value is not permitted. In the event of a return, the amount will be credited back to the voucher.
Liability:
We assume no liability for loss or misuse of the voucher.
