Pu Er Bai Ya (also known as White Pu Er) is a special white tea from Yunnan. The buds of old, wild-growing Pu-Erh trees are harvested for this tea. It offers an impressive taste experience. Floral, sweet with a slightly sour finish and a hint of Swiss stone pine. However, the basic tone remains that of a fine Yin Zhen. It is low in caffeine and does not develop any bitterness.

Special characteristics:
Pu Er Bai Ya, also known as “White Pu Er” or “Bai Ya Bao,” is an exceptional white tea from Yunnan Province. It is made from the young, tender leaf tips of old tea trees, which are also used to produce classic Pu-Erh tea. Unlike fermented Pu-Erh, the leaf tips are sun-dried and processed into an exceptional white tea. The tea has a gentle, clear, and at the same time deep aroma profile that hovers between the worlds of white and Pu-Erh tea.
In the cup, Pu Er Bai Ya reveals a light golden to champagne-colored infusion. Its flavor is delicate and balanced: floral notes of spring blossoms combine with a subtle sweetness, accompanied by nuances of fresh herbs, honey, and a slight hint of wood and apricot. The tea has a smooth finish and is free of any bitterness, making it particularly harmonious and digestible.
Since only the pure buds are processed here, Pu Er Bai Ya has a soothing, calming effect. It is rich in antioxidants and low in caffeine. The tea is ideal for quiet moments of enjoyment, meditation, or as a mild companion throughout the day. Whether brewed hot or enjoyed cold, this tea reveals new facets with every infusion.
