Hand-roasted green tea made from small buds. Appears brightly shimmering due to the small hairs on the leaf surface. After infusion, the colour of the buds changes to a rich green. Wonderfully multi-layered aroma with floral-skin, even slightly vegetable flavour components.

Special characteristics:
A bud with a small leaf attachment is plucked here. The exceptionally high quality is not least noticeable in the buds, which are just 2.5 cm long and were harvested with great uniformity and care. The tea has a wonderful aroma with an interesting taste character. The aroma has floral, skin-like and sweetish components. However, the aroma is also accompanied by sweet impressions. Due to its quality, the tea is quite easy to prepare. This applies to both the water temperature and the brewing time. The buds are still rolled and roasted by hand in the pan, which optimally breaks up the surface structure of the buds. The tea feels very fluffy due to its hairy leaf structure and releases its aroma quickly and evenly over a longer period of time. The infusion time can vary over a wider range, depending on preference and infusion method.

100% handmade. We get this tea directly from small producers and tea farmers in China. The tea is grown and processed in a traditional way. Such high qualities are usually produced by the tea farmers only for the local Chinese market. Therefore we are regularly on site with the producers. The direct contact to the tea farmers enables us to offer very reasonable prices with outstanding tea quality. All our teas are checked for pesticide residues by an independent laboratory. We deliver the tea in re-sealable and aroma-safe stand-up pouches made of ALU/PE.
